I lived in Canada as a permanent resident between 1987 and 2002. but I never did become a .ca citizen. I was fully schooled in Canada between grade 6 in public school and 2nd semester at Community College. I entered IT as a sysadmin in 1997, which was the last year I also had formal schooling.

I'm a IT hobbyist as well as professional. Internet technology has been with me since the day I first used Internet which was closely related with Open Source for me (Linux, BSD). Domains/hostnames that I had there before centroid.eu are listed below as best as I can remember. I had Internet since 1994 like many other people and had a permanent static IP from 1998 until 2001, which was first 64Kb ISDN and later 1 Mbit DSL.

I had a few internet domains in Canada which were registered through InterNIC, CIRA and what was there before, the UBC registry. All .ca domains I don't have anymore because I changed countries. I realise that my taste for the names I chose was not good. In fact it's enough to make your stomach turn.

Between 2010 and 2018 I worked per remote in Canada at easyofficephone.com which later became Jive Canada.
